# Devolução de Venda

Para realizar uma devolução de mercadoria devolvida por cliente o processo é bem simples, na própria nfe nós conseguimos realizar essa devolução com apenas alguns ajustes simples. Vamos

Em F2 Novo, vamos criar uma nova nota (lembrando que a nota de venda precisa ser encontrada no sistema). Vamos numerar para facilitar o processo:\
Preencha os dados da nota normalmente.

1. Selecione o cliente
2. Defina a Finalidade como Devolução
3. Movimento: Entrada

Agora vamos adicionar os itens dessa nota, basta pesquisar os produtos que você vai devolver ao estoque;

1. Selecione o item por código ou nome
2. Digite o CFOP de devolução (Verifique com a contabilidade) obs: 1202 Tributado, 1411 ST.
3. Selecione o CSOSN, coloque 900 se você for simples nacional, se sea empresa for lucro real ou presumido, coloque 090.

Agora vamos pegar a chave da nota fiscal de venda, (pode ser a chave do cupom fiscal também) que está sendo devolvida, se for várias notas de vários clientes basta ir adicionando as chaves, ou seja, digite a chave, aperte enter para ir para próxima linha.

1. Chave Referência
2. Referência; coloque ou numeração se espaço, ponto vírgula ou traços.

Ao adicionar a chave, clique em Salvar, pois vamos ver alguns questões sobre impostos

Feito isso, basta F2 Gravar e transmitir a nota clicando em F4 Transmitir.
